In Katsunuma -cho, Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, we continue to make wine for four generations from parents and children. We are particular about Koshu -specific wine from early on, and we are making wine vigorously while repeating trial and error from grape cultivation to brewing (from the Japan Winery Association website).
Available for 12 months for old barrels. It features a complex taste of multiple production areas Merlot and black queen brewing.
