We grow about 40 kinds of grapes, including wine, in 6ha fields. Although it is a difficult clay soil, it is rich in minerals, sweet and dark grape. It is zero residual pesticide and grapes that do not need to wash from mid -August to early October. It features a woody scent like coffee. It is a wine with a relaxed impression.
