Takahata Winery conducts grapes specializing in wine brewing European grapes. It features a polite wine structure that has repeatedly made efforts and trial and error, such as soil improvement, yield restriction, and ideas for gaining more sunshine. Since 2005, we have introduced night harvest (harvesting grapes at the highest in the middle of the night, which keeps the high sugar content stored during the day). It features a condensed black fruit feeling and a gentle tannin.
