Diamond Sake Brewery is a small winery in Katsunuma -cho, Koshu City. We are particular about grapes, cultivation, brewing, aging, and trial and error, and continues to make wine that makes the most of the grape character. White wine is Koshu, and red wine is specialized in Muscat Bailey A. There are solid barrel incense and umami. You can feel the aftertaste like plum wine.
