Cultivation that has been devised by choosing a field by determining the sunshine, day and night, drainage, and wind flow, and dialogue with natural conditions. A harvest that thoroughly performs the selection with careful manual work. Furthermore, a work in a brewery that strives to pull out the power of grapes grown in the field without losing it. The family business has been succeeded for about a century by spinning the efforts of the long date and time (from the winery site).
Koshu made at a slightly higher altitude. It features citrus scent and refreshing acid.
