Each field has a vinyl sheet with rain removal so that it can respond to the climate of Ajin -in, and a culvert to improve drainage in the field (drain it by spreading crushed stones in the field layer). Bark compost and perlite are introduced in the field to improve soil (from the winery site).
You can feel the scent of berry aromas just a little mint. It is a wine with a firm body and umami.
