Each field has a vinyl sheet with rain removal so that it can respond to the climate of Ajin -in, and a culvert to improve drainage in the field (drain it by spreading crushed stones in the field layer). Bark compost and perlite are introduced in the field to improve soil (from the winery site).
A scent like black fruit and coniferous forests. You can feel a solid skeleton with the fruit feeling.
