This is the second winery in Shiga Prefecture, which was established in 1994 after a test brewing. A specialized manufacturer of "Nigori Wine" that does not filter at all, and is a winery that uses "Japanese wine", which is 100 % domestic raw materials. The raw materials used, including grapes in their own farm, are made by grapes obtained by contract cultivation in various parts of the country (from the Japan Winery Association website).
Taste of black fruit such as cassis. The tannin feels a little stronger, but it seems that the original fruit of the grape variety gradually wins.
