In 1911, founder Goichi Hayashi began cultivation in Kikyogahara, Shinshu, and in 1951, brought back Merlot branches from Yamagata Prefecture and began cultivation. "Kikyogahara Merlot" is a representative of Nagano wine.
Blend several varieties, such as Sabel species. A good mouthfeel with a fresh, fruity scent and a refreshing acidity.
