We manage our own fields in Makioka -cho, which is about 1.2 ha, including under maintenance, and cultivate multiple European varieties of Koshu, Muscat Berley A, Chardonnay, and Merlot. The sun hits well in the sloped fields in the southeast, southeast, east of Makioka town. We select a cultivation method that does not use herbicides and Bordeaux solutions, and work on enhanced soil and grapes (from the winery site).
After fermentation, Koshu, divided into barrels and surreal lee, is blended again in the spring and bottled. Bergamot scent. There is a little foaming feeling.
