We grow about 40 kinds of grapes, including wine, in 6ha fields. Although it is a difficult clay soil, it is rich in minerals, sweet and dark grape. It is zero residual pesticide and grapes that do not need to wash from mid -August to early October. We have a feeling so that safety and deliciousness will be the pleasure of you (from the winery site).
It is not too sweet but not too sweet, and you can feel a moderately mellow acidity.
