A part of its own fields in the Higashi -Michi and Tazawa districts has been growing grapes without using synthetic pesticides since 2006. Mellot harvested in the field is fermented with natural yeast that grows native to grapes, and bottled and bottled. "Natural" red wine that suppresses the use of antioxidants (from the winery site)
Approximately one and a half years of barrel aging. It is a mellow and gentle drink.
