Chateau Jun / Koshu 2018
Chateau Jun / Koshu 2018
Tannin: ★★
Sweetness: ★★
Sour taste: ★★★★
Chartogun is currently growing in its own fields, mainly three places in Katsunuma -cho, and making wine using grapes that are cultivated by contract farmers. Although there are differences depending on the location, it is a relatively good sandy soil, and the age of 10 years is the average situation of the cultivation area (from the winery site).
Single species of our own field, single field. The cultivator is Yoshio Iijima. Wine served at the G20 Osaka Summit 2019. A sour fragrance and a moderate tannin. The subtle bitterness makes you feel the grape variety.
