A winery in Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture, where only Merlow varieties are cultivated and brewed. The taste is spread by "training" in American oak barrels and French oak barrels.
A new barrel of barrels is grown in a new barrel of French oak for about 14 months, and a bottle is aged for about 10 months at a cellar after bottling. A condensed taste and smooth tannin.
