It is the oldest winery in western Japan, which started growing grape in the early Meiji era. It is also known for producing and selling Grappa (brandy) for the first time in Japan. We actively hold tours and events, aiming for a winery that coexist with the community.
Use a underwear grape that has been cultivated by pesticide in Kashiwara's own field. It features sharp acids and bitter lingering peculiar to Koshu species.
