The nature -rich Yamano -cho, which has a prefectural nature park "Yamanogyo", is a very suitable land for cultivation with a difference in temperature. While struggling with natural friends such as monkeys and boar, we started brewing wine by fumbling in 2015. Currently, we are growing nine kinds of grapes in about 2 hectares. Marslan is a crossbreeding variety of Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache. At the time of removal, it foams a little, and you can feel the fruits and smoky scents.
