Higashi -Michi is an ideal climate for cultivation of wine grapes that have a large temperature difference between day and night, long sunshine hours, and low precipitation. Among them, we are carefully raising grapes and working to express the "terroir" in this land (from the winery site).
After fermenting with wild yeast, it is aged in oak barrels. Spicy and barrel incense for the scent of plums.
