We are growing wine growing in Tatekashin -cho, located in the Higashi Shinshin district of Nagano Prefecture. The fields are located at an altitude of 690 meters, and the grapes are growing in a blessed environment of large sunshine, low rainfall, and large temperature difference between day and night (from the winery site).
A unique concept of wine that goes well with yakitori.
I can enjoy both salt and sauce, and I think that pork park grilling is also cool with miso flavor (Cultivated Abiko)
